This is one of my favorite date night recipes - so easy and tasty. I always have cauliflower rice and salmon in my freezer (both from Costco), so it's a great go-to recipe where I know I'll have the ingredients.
And, I know that if I want my husband to hang out with me while I cook, I need to open a bottle of wine (mostly for me) and put some appetizers out for us to snack on while I cook.
