Interesting article for those of us with teens during this crazy time! One of the things that we've tried to do is get outside as much as possible, social distancing of course. I've found the fresh air helps my sanity and also gives me time with my teen to talk about what's going on and how she's dealing with the void of being able to spend time with her friends.
